Eric Stinehart is a mixed Chinese-American actor, performing artist, and storyteller from the United States. He made his theatrical debut in the lead role of Keith in "Unstoppable" at the Broadway Performance Hall in Seattle, Washington and has starred in over a dozen independent short and feature film productions across Washington and California states. Films in which he played lead or principal roles have been selected by festivals including the Seattle Indie Film Festival, Seattle Film Summit, SIFF Locals Only Edition, and the Tacoma Ground to Sound Film Festival. Eric most recently starred as Jervis Pendleton in the two-hander musical “Daddy Long Legs” at Tsinghua University’s 83 Experimental Theatre in Beijing, China. Eric is a trilingual performer who has acted in English, Mandarin, and French across numerous film and theatre productions.

Eric has received extensive training in acting and improvisation from Freehold Theatre, the San Francisco Acting Academy, The Second City, and Princeton University French Theatre. Beyond acting, he is a former U.S. nationally ranked competitive figure skater, an international solo and orchestral violist, and has performed and choreographed hip hop, contemporary, and East Asian dance styles with Triple 8 Dance Company and BodyHype Dance Company at Princeton University.

Eric graduated with a Master’s degree in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University in 2025 as a fully-funded Schwarzman Scholar, and received a B.A. in Public Policy from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs in 2020.
